Photographs (F), videos (V) and three-dimensional representations (3D) were used for the exhibition. These media are used as the main illustrations of the exhibition objects (H) or as supplementary material (E). The following references distinguish between these media types and uses. After the respective authorship, the method of use (H/E/HE for both) appears in brackets, followed by the media type or media types (F/V/3D) after a colon.

Most of the illustrations were newly created for the exhibition by the Media Production department in the Campus Services unit at KIT. The authors are listed below.

Many of the pictures shown in the exhibition were taken by the photography department at the Karlsruhe Nuclear Research Center and the Karlsruhe Research Center and are kept in the KIT archive. As a rule, there is no proof of authorship for these photographs. In addition, photographs from the KIT photo library that are not kept in the KIT archive were used, for which there is also no proof of authorship. In both cases, it can be assumed that the exploitation rights to these photographs, all of which were taken by employees of the Center and KIT, are held by KIT. Proof can be found with the respective images.

Further images from the KIT archive have been used whose authorship could not be determined. In many cases, it is likely that copyrights and exploitation rights have expired.

Owners of rights who have not been approached for remuneration are invited to contact the KIT Archive and assert claims for appropriate remuneration.
